What are Core classes?
Strength, Stability and Stamina. Work your way to a long lean sexy pilates body with this high intensity class that features classical moves from the Pilates method and modern techniques using plyometrics to see results fast. This class will build muscle, strengthen your core and increase flexibility. This high intensity fast paced workout is dynamic and ever evolving so you won’t get bored and neither will your muscles. Beginners and advanced will benefit and be constantly challenged.
